When your service manager opens his conversation with you with this line - you know you have the right guy. We recently took our van in with an engine light and a symptom. They kept it for a couple of days and had an idea of what might be wrong with it, but Paul wasn't 100% sure. He called and said, "I don't want to spend my money or your money if I'm not 100% sure so let's wait to see if it happens again."

This is what I like about Grizzly...they really have the customer in mind when it comes to repairs. They aren't like the big dealership service centers who charge an arm and a leg and are quick to jump the gun on big money repairs. I highly recommend Paul and the Guys!
