"Great service"
I have used Gulf Coast for many years for a variety of vehicles. I have recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so. They are fair in their pricing and they always find the problem and can fix it.

Spoke with Cliff's wife. She said the business took a second look at the vehicle and the cover of the front right tire went missing. The man at the desk was extremely rude. She would not go back because of him. The owner was overly arrogant. Nothing they did made an impact on the vehicle.

Spoke with Mrs. Scott. She said she is never going to this business again. The guy at the front desk was argumentative. He had an attitude and wasn't willing to cooperate so she had to call the owner. The owner gave her a bunch of lies about what happened to the vehicle.

It appears their is some confusion? I am not sure who the Sure-Critic Rep spoke with but it was NOT Cliff Scott. I spoke to Cliff on 07/26/17 and he stated he was very happy with our work and would re-visit us when the need arises. In additon, Cliff asked me to have Sure-Critic call him directly. Perhaps our Sure-Critic partners should re-score this and call him at the cell# listed.

This review is erroneous and groundless and is not the opinion of the actual vehicle owner.  As stated earlier we have been in touch with the vehicles owner and he is more than pleased with the repair outcome!  Furthermore, the content of this “review” is outrageously inconsistent with the previous 700+ reviews found on this platform alone. This is a stellar example of what can go wrong with the on-line review process. "Knowledgeable, Honest Service"
I brought my 2003 Chevy S10 in to have the AC looked at. They called and gave me the possible issues and warned me that it could get expensive as they worked through the possible causes. They fixed it for far less than they warned me about. Drained the system and got a lot of debris out, replaced the valve and charged it up. Running cold now. Did amazing work and didn't just jump straight to replacing the whole thing. Thanks!
