Anne said this business was very nice to her and they did everything they told her they were going to do. She said Julie was as good as she could be. She has only had her vehicle back for a short period of time, but so far everything is good. She purchased her vehicle from this business and this is the only place she takes it.

Spoke with Alana. Alana said there was a lot of arguing, whether they would replace the front panel. She didn't have much communication with them and chose not to elaborate on how she was treated. However, the vehicle was delayed by 1 week because it was difficult ordering parts for a new vehicle.

Spoke with Cindy. She said last year, the business did a great job on her husbands vehicle, so she decided to go here. They did a fantastic job and the vehicle looks great. There are no rattles and no extra wind noise. They kept her informed.

Anastassiya said she did not get a call from the business about how much longer it would take to get the vehicle repaired. She stated she is an understanding person and knew it would take time, but communication from the business would have been appreciated. She had to be the one to call the business to check up on the status of her vehicle. She said she is not a mechanic, therefore cannot evaluate the quality of the repair. Her vehicle was kept 5 more days than she was originally told. She chose not to elaborate what the cause of the delay was.
