Helen said this business did excellent repairs but the mechanics broke a few things inside her vehicle. A clip on the center console was broken and the screw cover on the door was popped off. She mentioned she takes excellent care of her vehicle and wished the mechanics could have been more careful. The vehicle was at this business for over a month. She did not say how long the repairs were delayed but mentioned the insurance adjustor was taking his time about getting back to the business. The vehicle was not cleaned when it was returned to her.
