Spoke with a customer chose not to give his name. He said there were 2 vehicles that went in for hail damage. On his vehicle he requested the business to give him a quote for extra work he wanted done at the same time. The business gave him the quote but the vehicle sat for 1 week with nothing done. The business talked to him again and doubled the quote. The customer was upset by this and took his vehicle out of the business unfinished. His wife had to return a second time because the business did not repair a visible dent on her vehicle. Both vehicles were late. The customer said he would not recommend this business because of the way he was treated and the incomplete workmanship on his wife's vehicle.
