Spoke with Grace. She said everything turned out great. The business was not able to give her an estimate, because her insurance would not cover it. She had to have the estimate performed by another business, which was an inconvenience. Her vehicle was delayed 8 days, because she had to wait for the paint, and the business was not open on the weekends.
