Matthew said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repairs because after having his vehicle painted the bumper now has a scratch on the front, and the taillight was also broken while at the business. He stated he felt he was not treated very well by the business because when they tried explaining the repairs to him he they made him feel he did not know anything about the repairs. Also, the manger argued with him about the taillight being damaged and told him it was damaged when he brought it in, but he said they did not mention it when doing the walk around inspection. The vehicle was not ready when promised because now he has to bring the vehicle back in to have the bumper repainted. He also went in to have his wheels realigned and was told they could not realign the wheels for him. He had to take his vehicle to another business where they were able to realign his wheels for him.
