Anastassiya said she did not get a call from the business about how much longer it would take to get the vehicle repaired. She stated she is an understanding person and knew it would take time, but communication from the business would have been appreciated. She had to be the one to call the business to check up on the status of her vehicle. She said she is not a mechanic, therefore cannot evaluate the quality of the repair. Her vehicle was kept 5 more days than she was originally told. She chose not to elaborate what the cause of the delay was.
