Colleen said she was given a suggested due date when to expect her vehicle but she felt a week was excessive, especially when no one called her to keep her updated on the status. She had to call and when she was told it was ready, she was only given a short amount of time to pick it up before the business closed, which made it chaotic for her to find a ride on short notice. She would have appreciated more communication and lead time from the business.
