Paul said the business called him and told him the work was done, but when he picked the vehicle up the clear coat was messed up and there were runs in the paint. The entire area of the repair on the door had to be redone. He said this was a brand new vehicle that had a dent in a door. He said this business tried to say the work was finished, even though it was clearly not high quality. The vehicle was not ready when promised because of the poor workmanship. He said he refused to accept the vehicle and the work took three additional days to properly repair the paint work. He said this business should be ashamed for considering the initial poor workmanship acceptable. The paint work is now acceptable. He will not recommend this business based on this experience.
