Robert said he gave the 3 because of Drew. Robert's wife is handicapped and when she dropped the vehicle off for repair Drew asked her where the paperwork was and she told him that he had told her he would do it. When Drew heard that, he left the counter and had Julie take care of his wife. Robert said that Julie did a great job but Drew just left his wife hanging until Julie showed up. Robert also said he had called into the business to see if he could drop the vehicle off early and Drew had told him he would check and call him back. Robert said he never heard from him again.
