Spoke with Darla. Darla rated the overall experience with Gullo Toyota Collision Center a 3 due to having a concern with the communication with the facility. The vehicle had to be returned back due to the hood not being adjusted correctly and there was bondo showing on the hood. There was also masking tape left on the vehicle. She said the lady in the office was rude to her daughter so the way she was treated by the shop was rated a 5. Darla would not recommend the shop due to the above mentioned items.
