Pamela said she had absolutely no issues at all with them. Julie, the young lady that handled everything for her communicated with her at all times so she always knew what was going on. It was ready sooner than expected, she was happy with everything, and she would take her vehicle back to this business. Pamela saidthere were 3 things she was not that happy with. The sunvisor came off in the accident, and after the repair when she was pulling away, it fell from the roof to the floor. There had been a previous repair, but during the accident a chip knocked off the top of it so the Bondo was still showing, and that wasn't touched up with paint. In one other spot there was a crack not touched up, but Julie gave her a little bottle of paint so she could touch it up. Julie handled everything throughout the process and she did a great job. Pamela did like that Enterprise rental was located within the facility, and she received very good customer service from David there, also.
