Spoke with Robert. He said there was a problem with his vehicle which he did not elaborate on. He reported it and they said that he couldn't get his vehicle in until Wednesday. He doesn't know how he is going to operate it and this business doesn't provide loaner vehicles. Robert did say his vehicle was 5 days late because they had to keep ordering in new parts. Jonathan did an excellent job at keeping him informed. He would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
