Alvarin said they are very sweet and courteous. When she picked up the vehicle, the dashboard thermometer was reading forty degrees below zero. They checked the air conditioner to see if there was a problem with it, and did it free of charge. Since that was not the problem, they suggested she take the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer but they wanted to charge her $100 just to perform diagnostic test. She went back to this business and they said the thermometer might recalculate itself, which it did. They went out of their way to help her. She is a Christian woman and she appreciated the Christian sayings they have in the office. Safeco suggested them and she would go back if needed in the future.
