Mary said the business is friendly and they usually do a good job but this time, it was different. She was told the vehicle was dangerous to drive and it would cost $3,000 to repair. She decided to talk to someone at the facility where she purchased her the vehicle and decided to take it there. She was told by them that it did need some of the things the business told her needed to be replaced but the vehicle was nowhere near dangerous to drive. She decided to just sell the vehicle and buy a new one. She felt lied to by the business and felt they were trying to just get her to pay them. When she left the business, she didn't feel comfortable with them anymore due to what they told her. She would not recommend the business for the reasons already stated.

Hi Mary thank you for your comments. We feel there was a misunderstanding when we communicated our recomendations. Our advisor shared with you the pictures of our recomendations and let you know that they would need to be done eventually. He recalls you asking what would happen if the recomendations could not get fixed. He replied that it could become unsafe. In reviewing the reocmendations on file we do not have any notations that the repairs are urgent.
