Paul said this service work was easy and convenient. He stated the employees were able to drop him off at work when his vehicle was being serviced. He noted they were able to squeeze him in, even after he showed up an hour late to his appointment.

Pam said the business provided good service, but their questions seem to be cumbersome. She has to explain why she is there behind the counter and then she has to repeat herself again to the service advisor. Then he goes out to diagnose the vehicle and by this time she is now delayed. She just wants to come in and out and not be repetitive. They should have better communication between the employees to serve the customer in a timely fashion.

Keith said it was great to work with this business, they are honest. The price was a little high for some services so he didn't have those done but they are a good establishment. Having quotes emailed instead of being delivered over the phone would have served him better since he had a lot of work done and being able to go over the information would have been beneficial.
