Ben said he went to this business because he knew the mechanic, Eric. They did an oil change and service work to check some different things because he just recently purchased it. Eric is a great guy and he did a good job on his vehicle. He would recommend them for service.

Greg said on a previous visit months ago, he wanted to see how worn the timing belt was along with other parts. They forgot to let him see those parts. This business was able to schedule him on short notice and it was for an oil change. In the future, he suggests to make sure to have the parts he requests.

Glynn said the repairs were supposed to cost $200 and it ended up costing him $1,500. As far as the vehicle being ready, they kept adding things so it took a little longer and he lives an hour away. He was told he would be called and he had to make all of the calls. He went to the gas station and he could not get his gas cap to open so he had to drive all the way back. The young man who came out told him it was locked and showed him a switch. He thinks they should have told him that before he left.

Mark said he had to pay a lot of money for the service he received at this business but that was due to the kind of service he needed. His vehicle was delayed a bit. He took his vehicle in on the weekend and the representative was not available until Monday, which extended his service a little bit. Considering the type of work he received, he was not surprised by the delay. He spoke with his service advisor over the phone. He was very respectful and explained things well. He did have one minor issue with the service work after receiving his vehicle. His son noticed the headlights were out and pointed it out to him. He looked inside and saw that this facility did not reconnect the headlight cable. He said he was not upset about it but it was something that needed to be done. The cost for service was expensive but the lady behind the desk helped him out. She asked if he had AAA and applied a discount for him. He would not have known that on his own and she saved him money by doing that.

Caryn said she was surprised by how much service her vehicle needed but that was mostly because her vehicle is old. She thinks it takes this business too long to assess vehicles' problems and too long to let customers know what is wrong with the vehicle. Her vehicle was not finished in a timely manner because it seems to take them a long time to assess the problem and get it done, even when she takes her vehicle in early. She was not satisfied with their communication because it could have been more prompt. She has been using them for 10 years and has been happy with them for a long time.

Spoke with Nick. He said the business provides good service. He has been using them for almost 2 decades. His one concern was they did not clean his vehicle as usual. If they are no longer providing this service, cleaning vehicles would be one way this business could serve him better.
