Dick was very satisfied with his experience at this facility. He chose not to evaluate the organization, facility, and team members at this time because he has not had enough experience at this business. This business could serve him better by responding to his request for a quote on a few items he is looking to have repaired. He said he has been looking for a good, reliable facility for a while now and because of his experience at this business he feels that he found the place he has been looking for.

Irving said everything at this business went quickly and the repairs were done correctly. He is overall very satisfied with this business.

Alex said he got everything he wanted them to do. He said he felt the communication was a little rushed but it was okay. They could serve him better by letting him know at the beginning what they were going to do to his vehicle. He mentioned he was a little concerned with not knowing but they did explain everything to him afterwards.

Spoke with Mary. She said she has always been happy with the service this business provides. This business has always provided good work on her vehicle no matter when or what service was being performed.
