William said he did not have a good experience with the business. He arrived unannounced and dropped his vehicle off. It was very hard to get a hold of his service advisor and it took a day and a half to get the updates for his vehicle. When he did get in contact with his service advisor, he would try to sell him service he did not need at that moment. When he picked his vehicle up, the check engine light was still on and they did not do the service he brought the vehicle in for. His perception of them is they are always very busy and expensive.

Alex said the personnel at this business know what they are doing, how to do it and are not afraid to communicate additional needs for safety sake. He went back later on the day the vehicle was returned to him and they showed him how to adjust something on the dashboard. He has never been dissatisfied with this business. He believes the crew is genuinely interested in doing the work properly to ensure the customer is satisfied. He would recommend them for any of the service they provide.
