Konner said the vehicle was dropped off at this business. They did the inspection and emailed him the results. No one called to tell him they sent it and it ended up in his junk mail. He spoke to an employee beforehand and told him to let him know if there was anything serious he needed to know about. They were pretty solid and nothing was really wrong. They were not rude or anything. He went for a pre-purchase inspection and everything was good besides not getting a phone call about the report.

Annie this business took an unspecified amount of time longer than anticipated because they found additional damage as they were servicing the vehicle. She stated she understands this was not really their fault. She had to wait for the correct parts to be ordered and she was given a rental vehicle.

Joe said this business is great and he loves the people who work there because they are honest. His service advisor is great and he normally has no complaints. However, during his last experience things did not work out exactly as he wanted. He brought the vehicle in because his computer board was fried and his diesel engine was leaking fuel. They did a lot of work, which was very expensive. The service cost him nearly $5,000 to be done and they had his vehicle for 2 weeks. He stated his vehicle started leaking fuel again the same day he picked it back up so he's currently unable to drive it. He is sure that this business will rectify the situation. He's currently in Texas and not at home, so once he returns in May he plans on bringing the vehicle right back in.
