Diana said she had some trouble with this business. She took her vehicle to them for an oil change, and they found a couple of things wrong with her vehicle. They told he she needed a new starter, so she went home and told her husband about it. Her husband told her he had this facility replace her starter a year ago. She went back to them to talk to talk about it and asked them to look up her service record. She then found that they had indeed replaced her starter and that it was still under warranty. Eric, an employee at this business, told her husband that he had noticed it was under warranty, and gave her husband attitude even though she was the one who noticed it. Her husband then went to speak to someone else, and that employee gave him attitude as well. Because of this she was not happy with their customer service. She also noted that she was worried she had to replace a starter that was already put in a year ago. Due to this experience she would not recommend others to them. Other facilities would look at the service record and this facility could serve her better by doing the same.

James said his overall experience was great. Jose was very helpful and thorough. The service was a little long because they had to recheck their work. It was an inconvenience going back and forth.

Tom said he had some issues with the repairs done by this business. It was not a perfect situation but they got the issues fixed. He had to take his vehicle back to this facility after he drove away with it. They initially told him the vehicle would be ready in three days. However, they did tell him that if they took the bumper off, additional work would need to be done. He did not know they would have his vehicle for 2 in a half weeks. They could get things done quicker and in a timely manner.

Jennifer said the first time, she noticed something was dripping on the floor and when she called the person, he told her the vehicle was not doing this before she left. She had already paid $800 and had to pay another $160 for them to take care of this. This was a little disheartening because she didn't have this issue before. They were very nice and kind and everything was taken care of and everything works. They could serve the customer better by having a 15 minute parking space in front for people who are being dropped off. She could have been informed of the shuttle service that could have taken her home.

Gretchen said this was a follow up visit from a repair she had done at this business a week prior. She said her back brakes were leaking fluid after they changed them so she took her vehicle in, she ended up paying $280 for the visit, they told her the leak was not due to them changing her brakes, and she never received the discount she was told she was going to get. She went to another facility to get a second opinion and they told her it was in direct correlation to them changing the brakes. She said both visits her vehicle was supposed to be washed and it never got done. She will not be coming back to this business she thinks they are unethical.
