John said he made appointment with this business to have an oil change done on his vehicle. He gave them the details from the manual to his vehicle. He dropped his vehicle off at 9 am, and then receive a call from them saying they did not have the correct transmission fluid and they would not be able to finish his vehicle until the next day. They did not do the job in a timely manner. However, with him complaining they did finish the job that day. He said he felt they were too busy and he should have been told ahead of time as to how long it was going to take. He stated he felt he was pushed to the back of the line because he did not wait for his vehicle to be finished and the walk in customers were put in front of him.

Pamela said her vehicle is working well, but the service took longer than expected. She did not elaborate on the length of the delay or the reason for it. Her service advisor did not follow-up with her as much as she would have liked. She said she feels the business should communicate with their customers more and an oil change should only take thirty minutes.

Greg said he left his old mechanic for this place of business and he is very pleased with the work that was done. He also said it would have been a nice touch if they would have just followed-up with him while the vehicle was still being worked on after the third day since it took five days.

Janet said everyone at this business was pleasant and the job was done well. They kept her informed about what the charges would be and they did what they said they would do. She had no complaints about them. She went in for a 30,000 mile check-up but she does not know if the brakes were checked. She has had other businesses tell her how much is left on them and what needs to be done in the future, which is helpful. She had an oil change at another business and they told her the tires on her vehicle needed to be replaced. This business did not tell her anything about the tires. She suggested they print this information on the invoice so she will not be surprised when it happens and she can save for it.

Dianne said they were great. She had trouble with her battery and she called different places, then she called this business. They told her to come down and they would take care of her. She went down and they took her right in and took care of her. She was out in 30 minutes. She was happy because she had some important things to do at work.
