Roslyn said communication was a problem with her service advisor. She said she was not called early enough in order to make other arrangements for a vehicle so she was without hers for an extra 2 days.

Roslyn, Sometimes the timing on car repair can be unpredictable. We are sorry to hear that you didn't have ample time to make alternate arrangements. We were not aware that you were going with out a vehicle. We should have asked - but in the future if you need help with transporation please let us know. We have the shuttle service, and affordable rentals available. We look forward to seeing you during your next service.
