David said this business kept promising that his vehicle would be done the next day but it was not and they did this a couple of times. They promised his vehicle would be ready on Monday, but he did not get his vehicle until Thursday. The reason for the delay was due to them not having his vehicle ready. He was not satisfied with the communication because this business told him his vehicle would be ready the next day when it wasn't. They could serve him better by having better timing as to when a vehicle is going to be ready. Other than that, he was satisfied with the work they did.
