Tom said he was not satisfied with his overall service experience because when he had his oil change he specifically requested to have the vehicle detailed inside and out. When he received his vehicle the floor mats was not there, the steps had shoe prints, there were water spots still on the vehicle and streaks on the windshield. He said the detailer should have been monitored or have the vehicle inspected before it goes out to their customers.
