Greg said when he went to return his loaner vehicle to this business, there were three cashiers inside but two of them did not have the experience or knowledge to create a bill for him. The employee that did have access was at lunch, and he stated that he thought that was inconvenient because he had to wait an additional hour and fifteen minutes for him to come back. He also had a thermostat issue with his vehicle, and it was recommended to be replaced. He was not sure if it was a communication error between the sensor and the computer, and would have preferred that the computer was reset before replacing it because it's running at the exact temperature as it was prior. His service advisor, Jose, was great to work with.
