Dennis said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience. He took his vehicle in to get his air conditioner fixed and recharged but it's still not blowing cold air. He said this is the first time he has not been happy with their service. Dennis was not completely satisfied with the quality of service because of the same thing mentioned above.

Dennis, We are so glad you could come in yesterday 08/23 so we could clear up the confusion. What we did during your initial visit, was recharge your AC system and add dye. This dye will allow our technicians to visually see where the AC system is leaking. The A/C system had a leak, and that’s why it didn’t continue to blow cold after phase one of this two phase repair. Since your return we have been able to diagnose where the leak is and correct the problem. We hope you enjoy your ice cold air conditioning.
