Kevin said he was not satisfied with this business. He was driving from California to Arizona. While he was driving in Arizona, his air conditioner just died. The temperature was about 100 degrees. By the time he got to his destination, he was hot. Their quality of service was poor. Because of this, he would not recommend them to anyone. In order to serve him better, they should check to see if the repair works properly.

Kevin, We would really appreciate it if you could give us a call at 714 847 5600. According to our records you have only been in for an oil change and regular maintenance. We weren't informed of any AC concerns and didn't service the AC at your visit. Please give us a call so we can understand why you rated our performance low. We would appreciate the chance to be your 5 star shop.
