Jennifer said the first time, she noticed something was dripping on the floor and when she called the person, he told her the vehicle was not doing this before she left. She had already paid $800 and had to pay another $160 for them to take care of this. This was a little disheartening because she didn't have this issue before. They were very nice and kind and everything was taken care of and everything works. They could serve the customer better by having a 15 minute parking space in front for people who are being dropped off. She could have been informed of the shuttle service that could have taken her home.
