Diana said she had some trouble with this business. She took her vehicle to them for an oil change, and they found a couple of things wrong with her vehicle. They told he she needed a new starter, so she went home and told her husband about it. Her husband told her he had this facility replace her starter a year ago. She went back to them to talk to talk about it and asked them to look up her service record. She then found that they had indeed replaced her starter and that it was still under warranty. Eric, an employee at this business, told her husband that he had noticed it was under warranty, and gave her husband attitude even though she was the one who noticed it. Her husband then went to speak to someone else, and that employee gave him attitude as well. Because of this she was not happy with their customer service. She also noted that she was worried she had to replace a starter that was already put in a year ago. Due to this experience she would not recommend others to them. Other facilities would look at the service record and this facility could serve her better by doing the same.
