Max said this business did not communicate with him or explain that tire rotation was not included in his AAA care package, but it was an extra feature at additional cost, so he did not have the service performed. His vehicle was ready 20 minutes later than promised but did not mention why. Max also was given a list of repairs to be done on his vehicle in the future at a cost of $1,400 to complete them. He took the same list to a random mechanic elsewhere and was given a price of $1,050. He stated that as a result of the higher prices, he would not recommend this business for service.
