Adam said he was completely satisfied with his overall service experience, but felt the O2 sensor was a little overpriced. He really likes the people there. He said he does not feel they are arrogant. He understands they are busy and that is why they had his vehicle for three days. Possibly one of the ways they could serve him better would be if they could find a quicker way of doing things.
