Lauren said this business originally misdiagnosed her vehicle's issue twice. The first time she was told that her clutch was going out and she would need to replace it. The second time they stated it might be an air bubble that would need to be removed. The third and final time they told her it was just an elbow hose that was damaged and that was causing her clutch to lose power. She stated she was really scared because of the money she was going to have to spend. She was glad with the final outcome. She added that she has always recommended this business to others because she likes them but this time they worried her.

Lauren, We are a little confused by your comments. We saw the vehicle once for the transmission problem you mentioned. You described that you were having trouble shifting from 3rd to 4th gear. We tested the transmission operation and found that the clutch was slipping. We discussed replacing the clutch and some related components. We do know you were working with a friend of yours to help diagnose the problem could that be where the other recommendations were made?
