Adam said it took 2 days longer than expected because of an insurance company delay. Kelley and the team were great when it came to communication. They kept him well informed on the status of his vehicle. They did an awesome job and they handled everything with the insurance company. When they found out he was paying for his rental out of pocket they adjusted the cost of his visit to allow him $100 to help cover the rental vehicle. They did not have to do that and he really appreciated it. They did a top notch job and when there was a problem with the door assembly he took the vehicle back and they had it fixed in 5 minutes.
