Matt said that they went above and beyond the normal level of service. He mentioned that the vehicle was a couple of days late because they were still running tests. He was out of town so he did not mind the delay. He added that Jose was great and found out from the manufacturer that one of the parts was under warranty, which saved him $1,000.
