Betsy said she appreciates the service she receives. She said she has a new Toyota and she could get the service done for free at the business where she purchased it, but she pays to get it serviced by this business. She said after she picked her vehicle up she called to speak with Dan, her service advisor. She said the people at the front desk might be new and they should listen better because when she called she asked to speak with Dan, but they kept putting her through to Danny, who is a differnet person who works in another area of this business. She chose not to elaborate further. She said Dan, her service advisor is awesome and this business is awesome. She loves this business. Everything was perfect and her vehicle was returned on time.
