Jerry said he has been coming to this business for 4 or 5 years. He said this was the first visit he has had that he was not happy with. The business changed the spark plugs when they did not need to be changed. He said his spark plugs are supposed to last for 100,000 miles, but they were just changed 16,000 miles ago. He said he likes Dane, his service advisor, but Dane tried to blame him for the way he drives because he does not drive the vehicle enough miles. He said he was not happy about being blamed for his driving patterns. He said he will still return to this business.

Jerry, Please call us regarding this review. We understood your plugs had been changed recently, but as explained the wrong brand was used and the plugs were corroded. We shared all our findings with you before performing any work, and based on our findings you approved the repairs.
