Mark said he waited for about 15 minutes before getting help from someone which caused him to be late for an appointment. He went to find out what happened and Julie apologized to him for having gotten sidetracked. His vehicle was returned to him one day later than promised because of a parts delay. He suggested this business could serve him better by greeting customers a little more promptly. He was very happy they saved him $150 than originally quoted and he added Julie was great. She was cheerful, helpful and concerned.
