Jamie said she had the same service manager for a long time, but he has left for a better job. She is unable to evaluate the quality of the work performed. She said when the customers have appointments they should have priority over customers who walk in. She said this business doesn't not keep a record of their customers that have a Triple A membership so they can automatically get the discounts that they are entitled to.
