Darlene said they charged her $110 for a diagnostic and then she paid $400 to have her vehicle repaired because the check engine light was on. A month later the check engine light came back on and they charged her a second time for having it fixed. She is very disappointed in this business because they didn't do a good job the first time. They took advantage of her being old, but the staff was professional, finished her vehicle in a timely manner and returned it nice and clean. There was not much communication with her service advisor. She suggested they treat her like a human being, and fix her vehicle for real the first time and should not be charged twice for bringing it back in.
