Mike said he was not completely satisfied with his overall service experience because he was charged $500 to put a window in a fixed position and he thought that was too much. His vehicle was ready 2 days later than promised because the glue on the window had not set up. He was not completely satisfied with the communication between him and his service advisor because of the reasons already stated. He would not recommend this business for service because of the reasons already stated.
