Spoke with Steve. Steve said he was satisfied with everything regarding service, except for 1 minor issue. As a result, he planned on calling his service advisor at the earliest convenience, to see whether or not he was able to reset the service light display. He enjoyed working with the business for his repair service needs. It was a clean place of business. The cost for charges was as initially promised. There were no hidden agendas, like other repair centers. There was a level of trust with the service and support he received for his vehicle. The location was conveniently close to home. The business could serve him better by maintaining the same great level of service and support for his vehicle.
