Tracey said her service advisor at this business went above and beyond explaining to her the diagnosis on her vehicle. He also worked with her on a pre-purchase situation. She said the representatives in the front should do a better job of taking care of the customers in the lobby. The representatives working on the vehicle are very efficient and provide quick service and the representatives in the front should not drop the ball. She said she thought the wait time to pick up her vehicle was unreasonable. She kept being told they would be right with her. This was the only glitch she had while having her vehicle serviced at this business.
