Larry said his vehicle was brought in for lube and oil service but they told him there was a bunch of other things wrong with the vehicle also. He did pay $100 for them to run the diagnostic but he never received a copy of it. He didn't request a copy but stated he assumed it was standard practice. He took them on their word and paid for the additional services. His wife noticed the vehicle was jerking the day the vehicle was picked up but after it was parked and turned off they turned it back on and the vehicle is running fine now. He mentioned he dreads taking his vehicle in sometimes because he always worries they are going to add more services that will cost hundreds of more dollars.
