Trevor said the service took three hours longer than expected because of the holiday weekend, which caused a backlog for the business. The low pressure tire warning light has come on since the service and he plans to return to the business to have the issue resolved soon. The business could serve him better by being up front with their customers about the length of time a service will take before the service begins.
