Stephanie said she was not completely satisfied with the communication or the courtesy of her service advisor because he did not call to tell her what was wrong with her vehicle until after 2 pm. She would have liked for them to have called her before that. She did not elaborate as to what the problem was. This business could serve her better by offering discounts for service so she does not have to print out a coupon to receive them.

Stephanie, Sorry it took us longer then you anticipated diagnosing your car. We want to be sure we have properly identified the problem before we have you commit your time and money. Despite the time delay, we hope you are satisfied with your repairs. We completely understand about not wanting to print the coupons. We do need them to turn into our accounting department. In the future give us a heads up and we can have one printed for you.
