Buck said he is very satisfied with the work performed on his vehicle. However, he was not too happy about being given false information about his oil change. A young lady at the front desk told him he needs an oil change after every 3,000 miles. He knows he doesn't need one until after 5,000 miles. He and Stan agreed on 5,000 miles but she kept arguing with him and put him down for another visit after 3,000 miles anyway. She looked new and was being trained by Jose who was just teaching her how to make the most money by ripping people off. He is going to have to go back in to get the visit changed because he doesn't want his vehicle to beep at him after 3,000 miles. He is satisfied with the work performed on his vehicle. He has recommended them to dozens of people who are now customers at this business.

Buck,
Please give us a call, there may be a little confusion. We cannot tell the service reminder light when to come on, that is set by the factory. We simply reset the light to let the vehicle know a service has been performed. Our system defaults to a recommendation to have your vehicles oil changed at 3
months or 3,000 miles whichever comes first. If Stan stated that your vehicle can go up to 5,000 miles then please follow that service schedule.
