Matthew said his vehicle doesn't seem much different than before he took it in for service to this business. The gearshift was fixed fine. His vehicle is working properly. He had to tighten some things himself. He doesn't see an improvement. It took longer than promised. He chose not to elaborate on the cause of the delay and how much longer it took. The labor was $60 for the gearshift. That was extreme for a fix he could have done in 5-10 minutes. He has been a repeat customer with this business and this was his first time it wasn't a great experience. The wrong part was ordered and he was encouraged to pick up his vehicle. He had a back up vehicle for his business. He decided to use that one. He is unsure if he was satisfied with the quality of service because he wasn't sure if the work they did was necessary. He would like this business to have an employee test drive the vehicle and know what the owner is experiencing beforehand. They should drive the vehicle after the service and know for sure they have resolved the issue. They replaced 3 or 4 belts, the motor mount, filter and had the spark plugs, wires and throttle cleaned. He appreciates their honesty.
