David said that everything was great until the very last part of his experience. He noticed that the ABS light was on when he picked up his vehicle. He had this business check the issue out. He was told by this business that they would put it on the machine to check it, but he would be charged for the diagnostic if it ended up being something that this business did not do. He said his vehicle looks and runs great.

Glad to hear your vehilce is looking and running great! As you know there was no charge for us to diagnose the ABS light. We do have to give the disclamer however that if we needed to investiate the reason further there may be some diagnostic charges. We know you were very pleased with the work we performed please help us understnd the low rating.
