Monica said her experience with this business was perfect and wonderful. She said she was upset because her vehicle died and the person who jumpstarted her vehicle from Triple A told her how to get to this business. She is very glad she found them and she will return to them. Everyone was nice to her and they assured her that everything would be fine, which calmed her down. She said while she was waiting for her vehicle they all greeted her and asked if she needed anything. She said it took three hours before her vehicle was ready, but she understood why it took so long. She said she needed a battery and they were trying to get her the best deal they could find. She said the battery is located under the back seat.
