Jeff said he was informed the service would take 30 to 40 minutes and when he came back an hour later his vehicle had not been touched. He had to wait an additional 45 minutes for the service to be complete. He was not satisfied with the communication because he was informed the ABS light would be on for a short time and when he took off in his vehicle the power steering was not working. When he took it back to the facility, they said they had told him about the power steering when in fact they never mentioned it, they told him about the ABS light. He would not recommend the business for the reasons mentioned. The business could serve him better by better informing him.

There are some vehicles that will display the ABS light after a smog inspection. We are glad you were able to come back and we were able to explain everything to you.
