Spoke with Bob. He said his appointment was at 2:00 pm. His service advisor did not see him until 2:20 pm. The service was supposed to take an hour. It ended up taking 2 hours and 45 minutes. He did not elaborate as to the reason for the delay. He started to go into insulin shock so it was hard on him physically. They should give an accurate estimate on the time it would take for the repairs. His wife has been going to this business for 30 years and they have been happy overall.
