Jeremy said they are way overpriced and the service took a long time. He said he doesn't remember if they said how long it would take, but it took 7 or 8 days. He was not happy with the communication because several times he was told they would send him a quote but they never did. They went ahead and did the work without his approval. They even have it down on the paperwork that he was called on a certain day and time but they never called. He will not recommend them or return in the future based on this experience.

Our apologies, there have been too many family members involved in this repair. We talked to your father-in-law extensivly regarding the repair because it was our understanding he had an automotive background and was going to be paying for the repairs.

Please let us know what we can do to clear up any misunderstanding.
