David said he could not comment on the quality of service performed. It would take time to find that out. They were way too expensive and he could have had the work done for half the cost elsewhere. For that reason he will not be using their services again. There was nothing else unsatisfactory about his service. He would not recommend this business for service for the reason mentioned.

David, We certainly applaud you for being a conscientious shopper and finding the ignition coils at a lower price at a discount auto parts store. Unfortunately the industry has not had success with that particular brand of ignition coil. We certainly gave you the option to supply your own parts; however we could not honor our fabulous two year warrant if anything were to go wrong with the parts. Although the discount auto parts store may warranty the part, they do not warranty the labor to have them removed and installed. During your conversation with the service advisor your options with the discount parts were presented to you and you made the wise decision to have the original equipment coils installed. If you are questing whether you made the right decision stop by and we can share the reviews of that particular brand on various automotive forums.
